A good vibration table is required to evenly disperse the concrete into the mold cavities and obtain a high quality stone surface without bubbles. Moreover, the vibration technology is strongly influenced by the coloration system used. For example: surface coloration would require a pure vertical vibration in order to avoid displacing the paint excessively, which would distort the color on the surface of the stone. Our adjustable frequency vibrating table allows a good diffusion of concrete at low frequency and then removes surface bubbles at high frequency. The two counter-rotating vibration motors allow a pure vertical vibration. Equipped with an excellent vibration isolation system, the vibrating table provides a better vibration transmission to the mold while limiting the vibration transmitted to the conveyor. It is possible and advisable to use several vibrating tables to obtain a faster cycle time.
