Hood with Manifold Sprayer

Operation

A pressurized reservoir feeds the release agent to the sprayer. Traveling on a conveyor, the mold stops directly under the hood. Guided on rails and equipped with several spraying nozzles, the manifold sprayer then covers the entire surface of the mold with a layer of release agent. Once the entire surface of the mold is sprayed, the mold resumes movement and exits from under the hood.
