Operation
At first, one or multiple coloration patterns must be created using the coloration interface. The coloring trajectories can be simple or complex and use a single or multiple colors depending on the desired result. Then, with a single command, the interface transforms the coloration trajectories and other coloration information into the program that is transferred to the robot’s controller. Finally, the robot executes the program and perfectly reproduces the color designed on a very easy to use interface.
The robot is equipped with a hand capable to carry up to eight spray nozzles (8 different colors). Each nozzle is powered by an independent pressurized paint tank system and is monitored and controlled independently directly by the robot.
